The beginning of 60s. In the center of the story- friendship of four boys. They are 20 years old, being friends from childhood they are ready for anything to keep their friendship. They all have their dreams but circumstances force them to dip into all types of underground economy of the 60s and start to practise Fartsa — forbidden sale of dollars and clothes from the foreigners. And the most terrible thing is that they are successful in this business. The better they get in Fartsa, the further they are from their real dreams to come true!
